Founded by Paddy Harte in 2026 — admittedly not the most Italian of names — but with a genuine passion for exceptional food. As a proud pizza place with a Celtic influence, Paddy set out with one simple goal: to combine the warmth and character of Celtic hospitality with the timeless craft of great pizza, delivering unforgettable flavours and the very best taste experiences to your palate.
Our name is more than just a brand — it’s a tribute to family. Inspired by Paddy’s two daughters, Willow and Tyla, the business carries a piece of them in everything we do. Their energy, creativity, and spirit are at the heart of the idea that great food brings people together.
